Fees & Charges

The rent, which is payable monthly in advance does not include any agents fees or deposit.

Our tenant fees are very competitive and are based on the number of people moving into the property and the size of the property. The fee is paid to reserve the property once a viewing has been carried out, prior to references being taken up, and is non-refundable.

If the tenants wish to renew at the end of a fixed term there is a renewal fee of £60.

Should you require a guarantor, there is an additional charge of £60 per guarantor required.

The charge for 1 change of sharer is the same as a 1 bedroom 1 person admin fee.

A deposit is required to be paid on or before the commencement of the tenancy. This is equal to a month and a half's rent. This is refundable at the end of the tenancy subject to the conditions as listed in the tenancy agreement. 

Should you wish to have a pet in the property and the landlord agrees to this, we will require an additional £150 fee.
